Bookable options for all FP Sign applications

Mail server connection 

• FP Sign sends all emails from your email address
• Signature requests to your customers will then come from, for example, digitalSignature@mycompanydomain.com
• You can also customize the email imprint under signature requests (or other FP Sign emails) to match your corporate identity
• This immediately builds trust with your customers in the digital signature process with your employees
• The recognition value of your company is strengthened 

Thank-you page (included with mail server connection)

• Upon completion of a signature request with a guest account, a thank-you page is displayed
• This allows you to define your own thank-you page
• For example, this can be your website's homepage, or you can build a custom subpage in your CI
• Share the latest news or just a simple thank you with your customers on your website after the signature process
• This helps you engage your customers even more

• Your logos, your colors, and links are used for FP Sign

Bookable for the FP Sign Datev Connector

Automatic reminder 

• The FP Sign DATEV Connector triggers reminders at a configurable interval
• The maximum number of reminders can be limited
• After the last reminder + 1 interval, processes can be automatically terminated and revoked
• You save yourself the tedious task of reminding your customers and tracking old signature requests

Placeholders 

• The FP Sign DATEV Connector can automatically place signature positions for recipients
• To do this, the document is searched for configured placeholder words
• You then select the placeholder words for each recipient, and in all documents, all signature fields will be predefined at exactly this specific word
• A subsequent adjustment of the automatically set positions is also possible
• You save yourself tedious work defining signature positions. Especially in large documents with many signatures, everything is done in 2 clicks

EO Comfort and Companies (included with Placeholders)

• For signature requests, you can retrieve EO Comfort order responsibilities from the DATEV DMS and select them as signature recipients
• Additionally, you can retrieve master data of all employees
• Are you already using EO Comfort from DATEV? Then you can save yourself manual typing, and the selection is made with a simple click
• Additionally, we enable access to individual storage areas for documents and their master data

FP Sign DATEV Connector Agent Service 

• Central server service that handles the synchronization and monitoring of all signature processes of the company
• This allows you to work with FP Sign and your DATEV DMS independently of individual employees
• All FP Sign DATEV Connectors are connected to the service (existing data is transferred)
• Created signature requests are transferred to this server service and monitored, and upon completion, they are synchronized with your DATEV DMS even without the employee being present
• Additionally, the Agent Service allows individually authorized users to get an overview of all signature requests

FP Sign securemail comcrypto 

• Every email delivery from FP Sign is done with TLS encryption – but what if your recipient offers no or only an outdated TLS encryption? Or if you want to additionally protect a document with a password?
• You can send securely encrypted emails directly from FP Sign, without annoying media disruptions
• For this, we collaborate with our partner comcrypto
• The comcrypto MXG protects the email all the way to the recipient, ensuring your documents arrive securely
• The security levels 'adaptive encryption' or 'encryption with password' are available for you to choose from
• Prerequisite for this add-on is a mail server connection!
