How do I identify myself with Swisscom All-in Signing Service?

Swisscom offers easy-to-integrate electronic signature services and online identity solutions in Europe that are eIDAS-compliant.

By linking your Swisscom account, you can use personalised qualified signatures in the familiar FP Sign environment. Note: Once both accounts have been linked, all Swisscom functions are billed exclusively via FP Sign. You do not need to purchase separate Swisscom licences for this.

Registration with Swisscom All-in Signing Service

1. log in to FP Sign at https://app.fp-sign.com.
2. click on Profile Profil_Button_FpSign at the top right
3. scroll down and click on Zur Swisscom Informationsseite_Button_FpSign at the bottom left.

If you do not yet have a Swisscom account, please use the following link to register a new account: https://srsident.trustservices.swisscom.com/

a. To create a new Swisscom account, click on the registration link above and select"Qualified electronic signature" and"EU/EEA";

b. Choose an identification (we recommend the"SRS Selfie-Ident EU")

c. Click on"Start identification" and select"Credit card" as the payment method.

d. Once you have completed the registration, go back to the FP Sign app.

4. enter your mobile phone number there and click on Konto Verknüpfen_Button_FpSign

This process is necessary once and lasts until your ID document expires, for a maximum of 5 years.

Important note when enabling the qualified electronic signature with the mobile ID APP:

After you have countersigned with a qualified electronic signature and clicked the Confirm button, the mobile ID appears on your mobile phone, just like with your bank's push TAN procedure. You confirm this within 90 seconds and the qualified electronic signature is triggered by Face ID, fingerprint or phone lock code. If something comes up, the mobile ID can be re-triggered at any time by the creator of the document.
